Are the labels real or fake? +

They are not fake.

UPS labels are created directly via API, meaning they are genuine original labels, freshly purchased based on customer data.

DHL labels are generated from real, unused TIDs (Tracking IDs) that are technically reconstructed. They remain valid and trackable, even if not newly issued by DHL.

What's the worst that can happen if a label fails? +

In the worst case, a parcel may be returned to the sender.

A real loss of shipment has never happened and is not known to us.

If a label is invalid or not scannable, it's not charged, and you'll receive a replacement immediately.

What types of tracking numbers do you have for DHL? +

Our DHL labels use different tracking number formats. You may receive one of the following types:

Numeric format: Standard numerical tracking IDs

JJD Short: Alphanumeric tracking format

JJD Long: Extended alphanumeric tracking format

All of these are for national shipments and work equally well. The specific format you receive doesn't affect reliability or tracking capabilities.
