• DHL Labels: Generated from authentic, unused Tracking IDs (TIDs) that are technically reconstructed
• UPS Labels: Created directly via official API with genuine, freshly purchased labels

2. License Key Purchase

2.1 Purchase Process

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a license key that grants you access to our label generation platform. Keys are delivered instantly via email.

2.2 Key Activation

Each license key is valid for one-time use for the specific weight class and carrier purchased. Keys must be activated on our platform before label generation.

2.3 Non-Transferable

License keys are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

3. Label Validity and Usage

3.1 Label Authenticity

• All labels generated through our service are valid and trackable
• UPS labels are genuine API-generated labels with full carrier support
• DHL labels are created from real TIDs and remain scannable and valid

You are responsible for:

• Printing labels clearly and affixing them properly to packages

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and are clearly displayed on our website. Prices may be subject to change, but changes will not affect already purchased keys.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, Tron) and other payment methods through our secure payment processor.

4.3 No Hidden Fees

The price you see is the final price. There are no additional fees, surcharges, or hidden costs.

5. Label Failures and Replacements

5.1 Invalid Labels

If a label is invalid or not scannable:

• You will not be charged for the invalid label
• Contact support immediately for a free replacement
• Replacement labels are provided at no additional cost if the issue was on our side

5.2 Worst Case Scenario

In rare cases where a label fails, the worst outcome is that the parcel is returned to sender. We have no record of packages being lost due to label issues.

5.3 "Code Invalid" Errors

If you encounter a "Code invalid" error, this is a rare technical issue. Contact support for an immediate free replacement.

6. Data Privacy and Security

6.1 No Data Retention

We do not store any sender or receiver information. All data required for label generation is:

• Processed temporarily only
• Automatically deleted after label creation
• Never saved to our systems

6.2 Security Measures

• All processing occurs in a secure, internal environment
• No external access to our systems
• All connections are encrypted
• Sensitive data is instantly discarded after use

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Limitations

Versandwunsch provides labels as a digital service. We are not responsible for:

• Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once in carrier possession
• Carrier-related issues or disputes
• Package contents or compliance with shipping regulations
• Customs issues for international shipments

7.2 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the license key. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute license keys without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our systems
• Use the service for illegal purposes or prohibited goods
• Share access credentials or keys with unauthorized parties
• Abuse the replacement policy with fraudulent claims
