To generate your shipping label, we temporarily process:

• Sender and receiver addresses (deleted immediately)
• Package dimensions and weight (deleted immediately)
• Selected shipping service (deleted immediately)

Retention: 0 seconds after label creation. All data is instantly purged.

Purchase Information:

• License key activation records (for service access)
• Payment transaction IDs (through our payment processor)
• Email address (for license key delivery only)

Technical Data:

• Browser type and version (for compatibility)
• Device type (for responsive design)

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Payment Processing

We use Sell.app for payment processing. They handle:

• Payment transactions (cryptocurrency and other methods)
• Purchase receipts
• License key generation

Sell.app has their own privacy policy. We do not control their data practices.

4.2 Carrier APIs

• UPS API: We use official UPS API to generate fresh labels
• DHL System: We use authentic TIDs for label generation

Data sent to carrier APIs is the minimum required for label creation and is not retained by us.

5. Data Retention

5.1 Shipping Data Retention

Retention Period: 0 seconds

All sender/receiver information, addresses, and package details are:

• Processed in memory only (never written to disk)
• Deleted immediately after label generation
• Not logged or archived anywhere

5.2 Account Data Retention

• License Keys: Stored to prevent reuse
• Email Address: Stored for support purposes only
• Purchase Records: Kept for accounting and refund purposes (minimum 2 years as required by law)
